| 中文描述 | 隱球菌症,通常是致肺炎型,曾在山羊有報告.通常為進行性疾病對抗生素無效,且預後需被監視.藉由是否在肺或其他組織中有隱球菌來推診.曾在一隻有乳房炎的山羊的乳房分離出真菌隱球菌.此山羊曾接受長時間的抗生素治療乳房炎,因此可能使此山羊受感染.可藉由當地習慣來推診. |

| 英文描述 | Cryptococcosis, usually the pneumonic form, has been described in goats. There is usually a progressive disease which is not responsive to antibiotics, and the prognosis is guarded. Dx by finding cryptococci in the lungs or other tissues. C. NEOFORMANS was isolated from the udder of a goat with mastitis. The goat had received prolonged antibiotic therapy for mastitis, and that may have predisposed the goat to the infection. Dx by culture. |
